The last in the Painkiller family. But it seems like they want another sequel... Quite similar to Redemption in the non stop madness and killing, but only 5 levels to half as long. Overdosed...

Another fan-made installment. Very much back to the "purer" Painkiller experience in that it was just constant killing and no wandering around trying to find the right place. Good shit. Even if it was nothing new

Fan made game. And it shows.... Buggy as hell, levels have no structure whatsoever and spent hours searching each one for the tiny hole or passage that would lead onwards. Strange how you could make painkiller boring...

Another expansion on the original using the same engine with the same absurdly long loading times. But still all the same awesome non stop killing action. Lacking in the giant bosses though...
